Please note that product returns are at the discretion of each brand, which can usually be found on their website or by contacting them directly. If merchant processes a refund, it will be reflected in your order details under "Bill" in the Atome app. The refund process will take 5 (five) working days after the date of your order, refunds can be made in the form of a reversal. The refund money will be transferred to your bank account. Our Customer Service will contact you to assist with the refund process.
