Unfortunately, if the voucher fails to use it, the voucher/promo code cannot be returned, exchanged, or exchanged for cash either. However, if you think this is due to a technical issue, please send us a request. You can view the Order ID in the "Bill" in your Atome app or a screenshot of the entire order page to us.
