The Pending status means that the transaction is still being processed and has not yet received a completed status.
For Recharge & Utilities services, once the payment is received, the transaction will be forwarded to the provider for processing. Therefore, your payment may have been successfully received while the transaction status remains Pending until the provider completes the process.
